Jordan drops news on ‘Fantastic Four’

October 06, 2014

Michael B Jordan continues to drop hints about the upcoming reboot of The Fantastic Four and it seems they continue to be met by resistance from fans of the source material.

Jordan has been at pains to promote the picture as ground-breaking and like nothing anybody has ever seen before, but a lot of his comments just come across as condescending towards the original two films, which were directed by Tim Story, and to the fans.

Speaking to ABC News, Jordan revealed some news on the suits the team will be wearing and it won’t be spandex.

"It’s a new look. We are all in containment suits," he said. "The costume process definitely took some time to get in and out of that thing, especially since I was bulking up. It was a little more snug during filming. We got through it man. It was a process, but we did it. It was hard work."

Nothing wrong with adding some new elements to the story, but judging by all the comments from Jordan and cast mate, Miles Teller, the new film is veering very far from the source material and that’s not always a good thing.
