Johnny Depp Claims Ex-Wife Cheated with Elon Musk

Actor Johnny Depp has accused his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard, of cheating on him with SpaceX founder, Elon Musk, one month into their marriage.

Last year, Amber – who filed for divorce from Depp in 2016 after accusing him of abusing her during their one-year marriage – penned an article describing the backlash she faced after speaking out about domestic violence.

This prompted the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star to file a $50 million defamation lawsuit, in which he claims that Heard was having an affair with Musk, one month after they tied the knot.

The lawsuit states: “Eastern Columbia Building personnel testified that Ms Heard received Musk ‘late at night’ at Mr Depp’s penthouse … Ms Heard asked staff at the Eastern Columbia Building to give her ‘friend Elon’ access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator ‘late at night’.”

However, a spokesperson for Musk insists that the businessman and Heard did not begin pursue a relationship until long after the actress filed for divorce.
