Jennifer Aniston’s Jet Forced to Make Emergency Landing

Actress Jennifer Aniston had a scary experience when the private jet she was travelling in was forced to make an emergency landing.

Last Friday, 15 February, Aniston and a group of friends – including “Friends” co-star, Courtney Cox – were en route to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico for her birthday celebrations, when the incident occurred.

According to reports, the jet lost a rear tyre during take-off from Los Angeles International Airport. The pilot was forced to circle in the air for three hours in order to burn fuel until it was considered safe to land.

The jet eventually landed at Ontario International Airport in California, where Aniston and her friends boarded another jet to their destination.

Per a statement from a Federal Aviation Administration spokesman, the jet had a suffered a “landing gear difficulty”, which may contributed to the displacement of the tyre.
