James Franco tackles paparazzi

Actor and general jack of all trades, James Franco reportedly tackled a photographer while attending Lana Del Ray’s concert at a Hollywood Cemetry on Friday, October 17.

According to TMZ, Franco was walking and smiling while attending the festival and tackled the photographer who was taking picture of him.

It is not known if he was just playing a joke but the paparazzi has filed a police report — claiming he has broken equipment and a minor back injury.

According to the police, detectives will be assigned the case this week.

Judging from the smile in some of the pictures taken, Franco may just have been having fun but no one has confirmed whether the star was serious or not.

It could be that the photographer is out to make a quick buck.
