Is Amanda Palmer coming to SA?

Former Dresden Dolls singer and punk cabaret star Amanda Palmer is headed to SA. This is after she announced on Twitter that she will be coming to our shores for a brief trip.

South Africa, it’s true. I’m coming for like 2 minutes. Johannesburg only. this is going to be weird & I’m going to need help. who’s there?

All we know at this point is that she might be coming to South Africa and do an exclusive once-off show in Johannesburg and maybe one in Cape Town.

For years, the singer’s fans have been rallying up supporters to try and get her to perform in South Africa after her Art of Asking concept gained momentum worldwide through her crowdfunding efforts and after she did a TED Talk about the latest trends in the music landscape.
