Iggy Azalea and Nick Young Call It Quits

Break-up season in Hollywood is clearly far from over!

Australian rapper, Iggy Azalea, has announced that she has broken off her engagement to Lakers player, Nick Young.

The couple got engaged a year ago at Young’s 30th birthday party. At the time, the proposal caught Iggy completely off guard, but she was happy to accept.

Things then started going south for the couple as a cheating scandal rocked their love boat.

A few months ago, Young’s fellow Lakers player, D’Angelo Russell, secretly recorded him seemingly admitting to having cheated on Iggy.

Iggy then admitted that she was furious after she found out, but that she had decided to give him another chance.

However, it seems that Iggy could never fully trust him again and on Sunday, the Fancy-rapper announced on her Instagram account that the two have finally parted ways:

“…Unfortunately, although I love Nick and I have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him—It’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to…I genuinely wish Nick the best…It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned you’re entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page,” she said in her post.

As for Nick, he later sent out a tweet, simply reading: “single.”

Maybe we’ll get a new album from Iggy that channels all her anger!
