Idris Elba addresses "bulge" scandal
Idris Elba stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his latest film No Good Deed and also addressed his ‘massive bulge’ scandal from when he was photographed with a microphone wire in his pants.
Many reports thought it was his penis and it made international news.
Kimmel of course took the opportunity to address the scandal and asked Elba why he decided to debunk the myth.
Elba responded: “I mean, I just don’t want to scare the world."
“When I saw it on CNN, I was like, ‘OK, this has to stop.’”
The two then went back and forth for a second about what the mic wire actually looks like.
“It looks like God loves you very much,” Kimmel joked before adding, “Why are you mic-ing that part of your body? Does it talk?”
