  1. Coconut Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

 

1 cup coconut milk

half a cup of orange juice

1 cup ice

1 banana

2 cups spinach

half a cup of pineapple

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp shaved coconut

 

  1. Raspberry Oatmeal

 

Ingredients:

 

Half a cup of raspberries

1 cup yoghurt

Half a cup of rolled oats

1 cup water

1 cup ice

1 tbsp honey

 

  1. Green Tea and Berry

 

Ingredients:

 

Half a cup of chilled Green Tea

Half a cup of strawberries

Half a cup of blueberries

Half a cup of Greek yoghurt
