Homeless Man Found Guilty of Stalking Harry Styles

October 17, 2019

Pablo Tarazaga-Orero, a homeless man who spent seven months sleeping outside Harry Styles’ north-west London home, has been found guilty of stalking the singer.

In March, Styles discovered the 26-year-old Spanish national sleeping in a bus-stop outside his home. Feeling pity for him, he offered him money for food and a hotel-room.

Testifying against Tarazaga-Orero in Hendon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 14 October, the “Lights Up” hitmaker said that he again encountered the other man the next morning.

He explained: “[Tarazaga-Orero] asked me if I wanted to go to a restaurant and eat with him. I told him I was on my way to work so I couldn’t. I found it a little odd. His facial expression made me feel a little uneasy; it was a kind of smirk. I realised there was something not quite normal.”

Styles claimed that the Spanish national would visit his local pub weekly, and constantly pushed written notes – in which he asked the singer for money – through his letterbox.

Despite denying that he intended to stalk Styles, Tarazaga-Orero will be sentenced on Monday, 21 October.
