Hailey Bieber to Sue Plastic Surgeon

Looks like Hailey Bieber is planning to file a lawsuit against a plastic surgeon for claims he made about her in a recent TikTok video.

In the video posted to his account, Dr Daniel Barrett – a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, California – claimed that the 23-year-old model had cosmetic procedures done on her face.

Comparing two photographs of Bieber – from 2011 and 2016, respectively – Dr Barrett suggested that she had undergone a nose job, jawline contouring, and skin-tightening, along with lip and cheek fillers.

In response, Bieber’s attorneys have sent a cease and desist letter to the plastic surgeon, in which they accuse him of using her “name, image and likeness” to “commercially advertise [his] plastic surgery practice and to spread false, uncorroborated claims.”

Dr Barrett commented on the escalating situation, saying: “The purpose of my TikTok account is to increase the transparency of plastic surgery and to educate people about plastic surgery. The purpose of the video was not to disparage Hailey Bieber in any way.”
