Gareth Bale is Welsh Player of The Year
Real Madrid star player, Gareth Bale, has been named Welsh Player of the Year for the fourth consecutive year.
This is also the sixth time in seven years that Bale has received a nomination by the Football Association of Wales.
Other awards went to Joe Allen of Stoke City that was named the Players’ and Fans’ Player of the Year.
Chris Gunter of Reading won the media award.
27-year old Bale has been an inspiration for Wales, especially his stunning performance in the Euros 2016.
Bale went on to score three goals in the group phase, and needs three goals to equal Ian Rush’s national scoring record of 28.
