Gareth Bale Extends Contract with Real Madrid

Welsh superstar footballer, Gareth Bale, is set to extend his existing contract with Spanish super club, Real Madrid, for yet another significant price tag.

According to media reports, Bale is set to earn more than €115 million in his next six years at the Spanish club.

The British tabloids are reporting that Bale is set to earn well within the likes of €350,000 a week.

Bale is right up there with some of the highest paid football stars – including team mate Cristiano Ronaldo as well Lionel Messi and Neymar from rivals Barcelona.

Real Madrid is also said to be spending tons of cash on renewing the contracts of other star players like Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Lucas Vazquez.

Gareth Bale is also no stranger to astronomical paychecks from football clubs, as he set a world record back in 2013 when he signed with Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur for €100 million.

Paul Pogba has since broken said record this year by resigning with former club, Manchester United for €105 million.
