Fans Slam Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello Break-Up News
Fans are hard at work to dispel rumours that Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have broken up.
The “Senorita” collaborators – who became an item last year – are supposedly taking a break on their relationship, and are spending some time apart after quarantining together at Cabello’s home in Miami, Florida.
This is according to a source apparently close to the couple, who anonymously spoke to a US-based media outlet last Thursday, 13 August.
The source explained: “The [plan] was that [Cabello] would go back to Los Angeles [in California] with [Mendes]. But they decided they needed to take a break from each other.”
However, “Shawmila” fans-turned-sleuths have apparently come up with evidence that they are still together: a day after news about the supposed break-up was posted, Cabello shared a photo of herself playing guitar on Instagram.
As pointed out by fans, the songstress is wearing a sweater that belongs to Mendes, who previously posted photos of himself wearing the same garment.
They also noted that Cabello is uploading social media posts from Los Angeles, where Mendes lives.
Seems like the couple are still going strong!
