Ezra Miller Allegedly Chokes Fan in Viral Video

Ezra Miller is under fire from the Internet after a video emerged of a less than kind interaction with a fan.

In a 15-second video clip doing the rounds on Twitter, the 27-year-old “Justice League” star – who identifies as non-binary – is shown allegedly throttling a fan.

The American actor can be heard shouting “Did you want to fight? Is that the deal?”, while the fan playfully approached for an autograph. Miller appears to grab her throat before pushing her to the ground forcefully.

At one point, the person recording the interaction can be heard trying to intervene while Miller continues to shout “You wanna fight?” out of shot.

Sources have confirmed that the incident happened outside of a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland early evening last Wednesday, 1 April.

Understandably, social media blew up with many reeling from the shock, and users condemning the behaviour they saw. Others suggest it was “staged”, or was meant as an off-colour joke.

The actor has yet to provide a public comment on the video.
