EPL: Weekend Results
The 2016/2017 English Premier League drew to a close on Sunday, with champions Chelsea ending their stellar season with yet another win.
While it was already decided last weekend that Chelsea were the winners, having gone three points clear of second-placed Tottenham Hotspur, the battle was still firmly on for a spot in the top four by several EPL teams.
In the end it was Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Liverpool who came second, third and fourth respectively, that rounded out the top four and earned themselves a spot in the Champions League.
Yesterday’s last Premier League matches were all played at 15:00 which made for some nail-biting viewing.
