Drake, Beckham Jr. and Bendjima Sued for Nightclub Brawl
Drake, Odell Beckham Jr. and Younes Bendjima have all been accused of orchestrating a physical attack on a man at a club in Los Angeles, California.
In the recently filed lawsuit, Bennett Sipes claims that the “In My Feelings” hitmaker, the New York Giants footballer and the model ordered members of their entourage to attack him as he attempted to enter the bathroom at Delilah Nightclub on 24 March, 2018.
Per reports, the alleged attack occurred after Sipes saw his girlfriend speaking to the three defendants in the VIP section. He claims that Drake was the one to order the attack, giving his crew a “throat slash” hand gesture as he left the VIP section.
Security footage appears to show Drake and Beckham Jr. looking on as Bendjima and other individuals assault Sipes.
The lawsuit also claims that Delilah’s security personnel did not take any action to prevent the attack.
Sipes is seeking unspecified damages, as well as repayment of all past and future wage losses, hospital and medical expenses, and attorneys’ fees.
