Disney Channel scouring for local presenters

Disney Channel South Africa is on the lookout for three presenters for a new programme. 

According to the advertisement featured on the Disney South Africa website, the three finalists will be presenting the I Love Violetta programme where they’ll be talking about the TV show Violetta by going "behind-the-scenes, talk about that week’s storylines, the fashions, the songs and do some of the dances".

For those who are unaware, Violetta is a Argentinean telenovela that is dubbed in English and airs on Disney Channel – channel 303 on DStv.

The ad also points out that these presenters need to be fans of the show and have to be aged between 13 and 18 years.

Casting sessions will be taking place in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town in June and July 2015.

So, if you’re interested in being a Disney Channel presenter, then according to the ad, you would first need to register for the casting sessions.
