City’s Sagna Out for Three Weeks
English Premier League club, Manchester City, has been dealt quite a blow, after star defender, Bacary Sagna, will out for the next three weeks following a hamstring injury.
The French international reportedly tore his hamstring on Friday during the France and Bulgaria world Cup qualifying match.
France went on to win the match, 4 -1.
However, this is not good news for Manchester City, who have been on a roll recently. The hamstring injury means that Sagna will now miss four upcoming games, including a Premier League clash against Everton and Champions League matches against Spanish giants, Barcelona.
Another match that Sagna will miss is an EFL CUp tie against bitter rivals Manchester United.
This is the second time this season that Sagna has had a hamstring injury. At the start of the season, he was out for almost a month for a similar hamstring injury.
