African defender, Christian Kabasele, has signed a five-year contract with English Premier League side, Watford, after the club tried to lure the 25-year old for quite some time.

Kabasele, who is a Belgium international player, was previously with Genk. He joined Genk back in 2014 and made a total of 81 appearances for the club.

Kabasele was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Besides his stint at Genk, Kabasele also played for Bulgaria’s Ludogorets Razgrad, as well as Eupen and Mechelen in Belgium.
