Chrissy Teigen & John Legend Welcome Baby Girl
One of favourite couples in Hollywood – John Legend and Chrissy Teigen – has welcomed their first born to the world, and the two could not be more happy!
Chrissy and John announced the arrival of their daughter on Sunday evening on the photo sharing platform, Instagram. However, their daughter was born on Thursday, the 14th of April.
Teigen posted a photo of the baby girl’s weight displayed on a scale along with the caption:
“…She’s here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy.”
The photos showed the newborn baby’s weight at 6 pounds and 11 ounces – which translates into 2.8 kilograms.
Teigen has been excited about the arrival of her and John’s first child ever since they announced they’re expecting towards the end of last year.
John also had a proud pappa moment when he tweeted:
“…Our new love is here! Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn’t be happier!”
Too cute!
Their newborn baby girl is also somewhat of a miracle, as Teigen had struggled to fall pregnant initially.
She was very open and candid about their struggles to conceive, and she talked a lot about her IVF treatments that eventually helped them fall pregnant.
As for her maternity style, Teigen often praised friend Kim Kardashian for giving her expert tips on how to still be super stylish while pregnant.
