Chicken Inn To Participate in CAF

2015 Castle Premiership champions, Chicken Inn, have confirmed today that they would indeed be taking part in the 2016 CAF Champions League.

Last week speculation was rife that the Premier League champs would take part in the league, and now finally they have officially confirmed their participation.

It was originally believed that Chicken Inn would rather focus their energy on retaining the league title next season. It was also rumoured that the club did nit have the infrastructure to take part in the CAF Champions League.

However, the club’s owners – Innscor Africa – is said to want to reward the team for a fantastic performance in capturing the 2015 Castle Lager Premiership.

In other news, Harare City will represent Zimbabwe in the Caf Confederation Cup next year after winning the 2015 Chibuku Super Cup.
