Chicken Inn Targeting Top Players

If rumours are to be believed, Chicken Inn is targeting some real star players for their team next season.

The newly crowned Premiership champions are, according to various reports, targeting a string of Soccer Star of the Year nominees in their bid to strengthen their team for next season.

Apparently, Chicken Inn coach – Joey Antipas – has set his sights on Caps United defender Stephen Makatuka as well as Dynamos defender Ocean Mushure.

There are also other players being considered according to the reports, which include players from the Highlanders and other premier league teams.

However, Antipas has not named the players that he is interested in, but he has admitted that there are players he is looking at.

He recently told reporters: “…[sic] There are a couple of players I would want in my team as we prepare for the African Champions League…I need to add some players in almost every department if we are to stand the heat in the Champions League,”

The deadline for new player registration is 31 December, so Antipas has less than a month to secure his players.
