Amber Heard Acquires Restraining Order Against Johnny Depp

May 30, 2016

It seems that the split between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is getting uglier by the day, as a judge has granted Amber a restraining order against Johnny after she alleged he physically abused her.

In a sworn declaration given to the Los Angeles Police Department on Friday, Amber alleges that Johnny threw her in the face with a cellphone and that he pulled her hair and struck her in the face as she asked him not to.

She also alleged that Johnny was drinking and using drugs and was out of control as a result.

Amber also submitted pictures along with her sworn declaration to the court, which shows bruised on her face and her right eye.

She also alleged that during their entire relationship, Johnny was verbally and physically abusive towards her:

“…During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me…I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him,”

Johnny has not made a public statement since news of their impending divorce or the restraining order broke.

However, his ex partner and mother of his two children, Vanessa Paradis, has come out in support of Johnny saying that he is a very sensitive man and that in the 14-years they were together he was never once physically or verbally abusive to her.

Johnny’s 17-year old daughter, Lily-Rose, also posted  picture on Instagram of her and her father saying that he is the most loving man she knows.

We’re sure there will be more things to come from this story – we just hope that Johnny did not physically or verbally hurt Amber.
