2017 Billboard Music Awards: Winners
The annual Billboard Music Awards took place last night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and it sure was a spectacular show.
Despite the string of impressive performances, there was truly only one performance that blew everyone away: the legendary Cher, of course.
The 71-year-old (yes, seriously, 71) performed her mega hits, “Believe” and “If I Could Turn Back Time”.
The best part of Cher’s performance was, as always, her elaborate costumes. The ‘Mermaids’ actress wore a glittery silver ensemble for her performance of ‘Believe’ and changed into a black sequined outfit for ‘If I Could Turn Back Time’ – a homage to the outfit she wore in the original music video.
Cher was also honoured with the Billboard Icon Award.
The biggest winner of the night was undoubtedly Drake, who won a whopping 13 awards, breaking Adele’s record of 12.
